While the selection is nice, especially for stationary, the employee was extremely rude. We were peaking inside the stationary sets and were scolded and told to look in the sample book. A sign would do a lot of good to inform customers about the sample book. She did not offer to help with anything or answer questions. When we checked out, she continued to be rude. We prefer Il Papiro, particularly the one by the Santa Maria Del Fiore which has great customer service and complementary gift wrapping, even with color coordinating paper.

Great selection of papers and posters; but a nasty ill mannered employee. We walked into the place and she started yelling at us saying they were closed. She pointed to the overhead gate being down. It was not, it maybe was pulled down 8 inches. Then she gave us the finger and told us to go away.
