If you can’t handle stairs then move on. Otherwise this is the nicest place. The rooms are clean and the staff is super kind and helpful. They speak English so if you are like me and still trying to figure out your io, ho, hai, and loro’s then you can stay here and know that you will get what you need. Can’t beat the price either! I found this place on and got a great rate for 3 nights… Did I also mention that they allow dogs at no extra charge and there is a nice park about 2 ½ blocks away called Piazza Dell’ Indipendenza for potty breaks. It’s also close to the train station and a lot of restaurants and café’s and pretty much central to every church and museum you can imagine.

Nice, small and cheap hotel. Entrance is hard to find, there is only a little sign over the door. No lift, small stairs, bathroom good, bed was not really clean(found hairs in it). Parking is in florence in general very expensive but the friendly hotel manager explains you were to find cheap parking. Air conditioning helps you to survive the hot italien summer.
