I went to Ferragamo Tornabuoni, Firenze, great store, great choice, good designs but awful customer attention. When you go to buy shoes from this kind of store you expect perfect service, I tried patent leather shoes for tuxedo then asked the sales lady if I could take a picture to help me choose later. Once I did, a bald, slightly bearded guy(seems to be the men’s department manager) reprimanded the lady and gave me a «look» while not answering my «goodbye sir». I guess it had something to do with the picture however, there is no justification for treating a customer this way.

If you have a shoe problem(like me), then you won’t want to miss this amazing store. They have just about every Ferragamo shoe known to man in here! If you like looking at beautiful women’s and men’s footwear, this place is a must-stop if you are in Florence. The staff was delightful and friendly(not snobby at all), and I was made to feel very welcome! There’s an awesome shoe museum in the basement so be sure to take a stroll through it. I dare you to leave this shop without making a purchase!

This store is extremely large for a high end boutique! I also believe it’s the flagship store and potential headquarters for Ferragamo. I was wandering Florence when I saw this place and knew my wallet would hurt but I needed a new pair of dress shoes. What I didn’t expect was the size of this place! Walking in they’ve done a great job at renovating this place and having it extremely clean, well lit and well laid out. The staff were super friendly and super helpful. I think my favourite thing is they would really give you their opinion on what they thought of something that you chose. I don’t think I’ve seen a larger collection of Ferragamo shoes anywhere. There is a large selection of men’s and women’s items in this store ranging from clothing to accessories and of course shoes. Did I mention there’s a small museum in the basement? It’s pretty damn cool!
