I was just at this hairdresser, and I will never ever go again, and I will let you others know why so you won’t either.
At first glance this place looks nice and friendly, plus it seems like a place with ok prices; not cheap but ok. The starting price for a hair cut is 34 euros, then of course there is an add on for shampoo and conditioner, may be 4 euros if it’s more thoroughly done, and then 23 euros för a hair dry, all in all about 61 euros. Also they serve their customers water and small cookies as a treat.
HOWEVER, I was not given this treatment. Like I said, I was just there, today the 9^th of July, and I am so disappointed. Firstly I did not meet my hair dresser until after my hair was washed, that is she had no idea how i normally wear my hair, no idea how it falls, or how it is parted. She asked me how I wanted to have it cut, but did not seem to listen at all. I told her to only cut my ends, nothing more, with just a tiny bit of layers (this I did absolutely emphasise several times).
Now she started cutting, not having served me the water or cookies like the other customers had been. It took no more than 15 minutes, and I could see how she chopped of my hair into high layers — the OPPOSITE of what I asked for. I just hoped she knew what she was doing…
Then finally she was to dry my hair. I wanted nothing more than to get out of that place, so I told her to make no styling. Instead I said that I wanted to have my hair straight, nothing more. And once again she didn’t listen…
She was pulling, and drying my hair for what felt as an hour, turning me into a puddle with extreme volume — again the complete OPPOSITE of what I had asked for!!!
With tears in my eyes I realised my hair was ruined. And on top of this I finally had to pay 97 euros (!!!), for a hair cut that should not have cost more than 61 euros!!! Also this styled blow-​dry (that I did not want) costs 23 Euros on their website but I was charged 29 euros on my receipts. Now, believe me, this is money that I do not have…
I am so sad and I feel tricked. I hope my hair dresser reads this, and that you refund my money! And to all other customers — DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! THEY RUIN YOUR HAIR AND MAKE YOU PAY A FORTUNE FOR IT!!!

I have been going here for five years, for colour only. This is considered the top salon for Florentine women. It is like a factory, and is very loud. You need to speak Italian or be able to communicate exactly what you want. Claudio is the specialist colourist. He always does a top professional job. The price is is reasonable for the level of expertise. My husband appreciates the elaborate snacks they serve. Recommended!
