Owned by Ferragamo family, everything was spectacular. We stayed about a week, it was the best experience we had in Italy! We stayed in other 5-star hotels with tripled cost, but we loved this place the most! Interior was nice of course but most of anything, but their concierges were the best! I always choose hotels by their looks and ambiences. This was first time for me I truly felt the importance of concierges. But again, their environment is absolute beauty too! I feel bad that I cant remember everyones names there, but for sure Leonardo! He was warm-hearted, genuine, friendly, everything you can ask for concierge. You will feel so welcomed and they will be willing to help you for anything. Especially if you are not familiar with the city, you definitely need a place like home to rest!

Beautiful, modern hotel. Great friendly staff. Taxis are only maybe a 2 – 6 minute wait depending on time of day. Well located which is important when walking around a lot. The river view is more expensive but we traveled a long way and wanted to have a beautiful view that’s coveted judging by the hoards snapping pictures of Ponte Vecchio. We got the breakfast package for $ 20/person which was worth it for us. Best part was when we were leaving for the train station we got a call minutes later that I had left my glasses behind. Great hotel! Will not consider any place else if/when I return.

Incredible experience! Suites were amazing, concierge was more than accommodating– reserving tables for us at bars with no reservations and walking us there so there was no confusion, great recommendations… It had only been open a few days before we got here, so there were a few kinks, but nothing unforgivable. few things– there are NO dressers, so essentially, nowhere to put your non-hanging clothes in this huge suite; they could have used the space a little better and added a few drawers. just to sit downstairs for breakfast– 50 bucks per head. everyone gets charged buffet prices, even if u don’t touch the buffet. and our 15 euro eggs– that was extra. ouch. other than that, everything was exceptional. be sure to take some selfies with their iPad in the elevator to leave your legacy. until next time, Firenze.
