From an Americans perspective… Two of my roommates and I (we are students) ate here on our second night in Florence. We heard of the place from one of the locals. Nice atmosphere, prompt and attentive servers, nicely sized menu. One of my roommates had calamari, which she described as being fresh and tender (12 euro for a large appetizer portion) and then gnocchi, which was fantastic. The gnocchi was in a cream sauce and really melted in your mouth it was so silky and rich (10 euro). I ordered a steak with mashed potatoes (which I ordered as medium well but I think the server confused it for medium rare because it came out too red). The mashed potatoes were amazing and the steak was great (23 euro). My other roommate had a pesto pasta dish that was well cooked. Would definitely go back.
