This place is a scam!!! They took 40 Swiss francs and charged me over 50% in fees and gave me back about 23 Euros. They refused to hand me back my money and my passport. This place should be shut down by the authorities!!! They charged me even more than the fine print (which is 19% fee plus other fees) and she refused to give me my money back. A total fraud!

I do not recommend exchanging here. This is a scam!
They have very high hidden service percent charge. They will try to go to the highest rate possible. The exchange rate displayed means nothing. Example: if change rate is $ 1.38 per euro. The shop rate will be around $ 1.45 per euro plus they will changer a 20% service fee and fixed fee of 8.9 euros. Do the math this is completely unreasonable transactions.

SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT EXCHANGE MONEY HERE OR AT ANY LOCATION.
They quote you a decent rate and charge 18percent extra and do not tell you. I did not sign my receipt and told them I did not want the transaction and they would not reverse. They outright lie to you about their fees and try to recruit you away from ATM Machines.
This business is not ethical!
