This is an awesome bar in Florence where we got the best cocktails. The drinks take a little while to get but its worth it. They come with tons of fruit as garnish(and all of the fruit is fresh and delicious), you get some salty snacks at your table and everyone is really friendly. We were the only people in the whole bar who didn’t speak Italian, which we loved. It felt like a real great local spot.

Despite what I’m about to say, GOHERE! It’s hard to find, very small, open up 10 minutes later than advertised, and has extremely slow service. .. but that’s because every drink is made all dressed up by hand behind what seems like the owners home bar. It’s a fun experience, but be patient!!! ADVICE: Don’t be in a rush. Arrive here 5 minutes before opening time and order right away. You’ll wait 20 minutes for your drink but you get free snacks, you can enjoy the dark bar feel and good conversation, and your beverages will be worth it. We did this twice and watched him carry fresh fruit in as we entered which he uses to make all the drinks. Try the Capiroska with fresh fruit and ginger!

Prettiest drinks full of fruit but it took like 30 – 40 minutes for us to get them! But worth the experience and they were delish! Locals hang out here so it’s a fun bar to visit if your in Florence and want to see people other than your classmates! :)

Slow! wait of 20 minutes cocktails taste like shit, 80S style, thin ice melts in 1 minute. tried old fashion, worst coktail i ever tried. Rude bartender, cause i wanted to recleim the cocktail. He told me i did not know anything about old fashioned? Atleast i now it should not contain water to the top??? A normal bartender should just change it to another cocktail to solve the problem. I havebeen here about 10 times in buissines but no more after this treatment and cocktails never been good though. Would not recomend this place for cocktails.

Love drinks? Love art?(as a drink, not wall art) then this is a must! Happy hour from 18:30 — 21:00 with exceptional prices(7 – 8 € each for our drinks). On the tiny side, so I can see that it could get packed very quickly, only about 8 tables. We had the strawberry mojito, the mixed berry mojito & the fruit fresca(?). All very fruity and beautiful. The strawberry mojito was the favorite of the night. They also served popcorn & chips as snacks(couldn’t stop eating it). Adorable candle-lit ambiance. The drinks are«art» so it may take a little time, so be patient, it is well worth the wait! Cheers!

If hemingway was alive today he would hang out at this bar. A small romantic place on a small hidden street near piazza goldoni, this is really awesome place to get a fruit cocktail. Imagine every fruit you have ever wanted and likely it will be in your drink. Come with a friend or two(after all it’s a small bar) and pretend your in another century. you also get free snacks with your drinks(popcorn-nuts etc).

Stepping into Art Bar makes me feel like I stepped back in time to the start of the 1900s. The atmosphere is very rustic romantic, candlelit and all. I have been here twice, once during happy hour and once late in the evening. Both times, this place was packed, but I advise you to go during the aperitivo time before 9pm as your drink will be just as delicious at a discounted price. Otherwise, this place can be costly(where it loses a star) even for non-alcoholic beverages(fiancé had to drive afterwards). If you are in search of the most delicious, entirely fresh fruit based(and yes a good amount alcohol is in there too) cocktails, you need to try this place out! However, being that this locale is small, I would advise not going in groups much larger than four. As a final note, I think the popcorn brought to the table is a nice touch, but you can always just eat the fruit sitting on your cocktail glass too!
