Well out of the three people I had an interaction with, one was nice and smiling, one was cold but still polite(not helpful nor nice) and the last one was rude. Not a very high score for a brand which pretends to have a good customer care. Then, and it is not a comment specific to this particular Apple Store, but I am not a fan of this decentralized organisation where I personally get a bit lost. For a while I was wondering where should i pay? And also, 89euros for a charger, seriously? It makes me seriously reconsider my next laptop purchase. And above all when the previous charger lasted three years(not a great score again for a brand supposedly more expensive because of quality.).

Walked in to see about getting an adapter, the guy in the entrance directed me to another guy who works in that specific area, OMG, he was extremely rude! Some other girl came and helped me and so I proceeded with my purchase. I then needed a screen protector and no one wanted to help me put it on. I had to ask several people who work there to see if they are willing to put it on for me and finally some guy volunteered. Do not go to this Apple Store, terrible customer service!
