Food was of this area and very well prepared. We started with prosciutto and warmed bread, risotto with guanciale and porcini mushrooms and fettuccine with guanciale and parmesano. Large portions and oh so good! Everything was delicious and fresh and nicely presented. Risotta was al dente and creamy, perfectly done. The pasta was Al dents with just the right amount of sauce and a lit of guanciale. Service was great. We were the only tourists and they made us very welcome. Great, fun experience. We would definitely return.
