This is one of those reviews that I’m not sure why I’m even writing because people at airports don’t check stars before they eat, we’re all just desperate and hungry, and happy to have gathered all of the correct stuff back from the security check point. Based on this café’s scattered locations(airports, train stations, purgatory) I think they’re banking on this. However, had to post if only to agree with other reviewer, decent food, good prices for an airport but, oh my gosh, I felt like I was interrupting these servers in the middle of an invitation only party, they just talk to each other, loudly, and didn’t say a word or make any effort to help anyone waiting. I don’t yet speak enough Italian to know what they’re talking about but if it’s the Syrian crisis or the recently released UN photos, okay, otherwise, kind of feel like they need to ungroup and refocus.

My straight to the point review: Good: –Coffee selection was fairly priced when compared to other cafés within the airport Bad: –selection of food from their deli were expensive –poor customer service including bad processes(see my tip) –none of the clerks speak English and were busy talking to each other rather than helping customers Tip: located in gate B pass security checks. I’d rather visit the McDonald’s located on the base floor prior to the security checks than stop by this place. I would not reco this place due to their poor customer service.
