5 stars for the indoor media presentation and the cool fountain outside. The series of 7 short videos was neat. Air conditioning was a wonderful escape from Milan’s heat. 4 stars for Food Truck Nation: Lobster roll was excellent, just right! Chilled lobster salad on a tasty toasted buttery bread. Beef brisket sandwich could have been better (bread was stale, brisket was kind of lean and dry, could have been a bit fattier to be juicier). Trucks looked boring, especially compared to Holland’s food trucks. The bar upstairs – eh. Just a bar. Why is carlsberg a sponsor and not American beers?
