I’m not exactly sure what it is about Alaturca that has me thinking about them 24⁄7. Is it the perfect golden fries? The combination of sauces? The tender shaved kebab? The fresh salad? Maybe it’s the fact that Alaturca was my first meal upon returning to Italy. Whatever the reason, I don’t question it and you shouldn’t either.
