Adele and Silvia

Capri is a haven for shopping. Along the little alleyways and streets are countless shops with windows filled with beautiful things. I love window shopping, looking at the jewelry and clothing (which I have no intention of purchasing), but my favorite place to really shop in Capri is at Adele and Silvia’s. It is here that I buy beautiful Italian ceramics for myself and as souvenirs and gifts for my friends and family back home.
If you are worried about the challenge of carrying a dozen soup bowls back home, worry not; they are happy to ship them to you, even all the way to the States. This is also a great help if your desires exceed their stock. On my last visit, I brought with me the measurements of some bowls that had been purchased years ago. As it turned out, they did not have any more of these bowls in the store. However, Silvia kindly submitted my measurements and choices of designs to be painted and my soup bowls arrived home to me in Missouri to match my others! Hooray!
