Pizzeria Due Torri

Une bonne pizzeria à un emplacement de choix.
Située juste en dessous des deux tours, cette petite pizzeria est très bien placée. On y commande une pizza entière ou on prend à la part pour emporter ou manger sur les petites tables installées juste devant.
Beaucoup de choix de pizza, des parts généreuses à seulement 2euros, c’est un très bon rapport qualité/​prix.

This place is great. We were spending the week in Bologna and one late night we were looking for something to eat. We came across Pizzeria Due Torri which is literally just a hole in the wall. It is a tiny walk up pizza place. Their pizza was delicious and cheap.

My husband and I literally stumbled into this pizza shop after having consumed too many mojitos at a bar nearby. We each ordered a slice and then halfway through the slice and the walk back to our apartment and we decided to turn around and purchase two more slices. We were not disappointed.
The shop gets really busy and you have to be diligent and push your way to the front of the counter in order to get served — if you aren’t forceful, people will continue to cut in front of you. There is no proper queuing process, so best of luck!

Quick cheap thin crust pizza. I got the margherita (just a cheese pizza). It’s not fresh but you get the yummy crunchy thin crust since they put it in the oven real quick before giving it to you. Just grab a slice and stare at the leaning twin towers near by.

Delicious pizza! For a very reasonable price: 1.80 Euro for a huge slice.
We stumbled upon this place while walking around, since there was a long line for their pizza. We were not disappointed.
I liked their pizza with mozzarella, basil, and tomatoes, but all of the pizzas I tried were just as good. I also had the mushrooms and prosciutto, as well as the margherita pizza (just tomato sauce and cheese).
The one downside is that there isn’t much seating, so you may have to take your pizza elsewhere to eat it, or just eat it standing.
This is definitely the place to visit for a scrumptious and cheap lunch in Bologna.

Sehr, sehr leckere Pizza auf die Hand. Hier habe ich eine der leckersten Pizzen von ganz Italien gegessen. Und sehr preisguenstig (ein grosses Stueck Schinkenpizza fuer 1,50 EUR!). Insbesondere zur Mittagszeit kann man den Laden kaum verfehlen, dann bildet sich naemlich bis weit auf die Strasse eine Schlange im Wesentlichen Einheimischer (viele Studenten) und die drei Jungs hinter der Theke ziehen eine Riesenpizza nach der anderen aus dem Ofen und schneiden diese dann mit einer normalen Haushalts-​Schere (!) in handliche Stuecke. Es gibt uebrigens nur die Pizasorten, die gerade aus dem Ofen kommen (also so um die drei verschiedene Pizzen), aber es werden der Reihe nach mehrere Sorten abgearbeitet. Also wartet gegebenenfalls oder fragt nach Eurer Lieblingssorte. Die Pizza gibt’s dann auf einem rund DINA4 grossem Blatt Papier direkt auf die Hand. Lecker.
