Amazing! I have never written a Unilocal review before, but this was worth it! Love the tortellini with chicken and beef broth! Keep it up!

THE pasta place in Bologna. My hostel host recommended this place to me. It’s small so it gets crowded around lunchtime, but the pasta was definitely worth the wait and 8 euros.

Great experience at this pasta shop that mainly do take-out. The fresh pasta menu change very frequently, the have lot different style, even lasagna. What make the place interesting to me is the history of the cooks. I felt there is only tourist in that place, it can be quickly packed during the lunch as there is only a dozen of seats. Prices are correct, we wanted to try different kind of pasta, but just after one lasagna(the green pasta lasagna), I was almost full! P. S. Because we were in Bologna, I wanted to try this :)

If you are in Bologna you know now that there is no such thing as Spaghetti Bolognaise no matter what it says on the packaging at the grocery store. All you have to do is go to this fresh pasta shop in the Via del Pratello to understand that never again will you ever refer to such travesties as anything but Baloney! The pasta is fresh. You pick it up and you eat it. That is how simple it is to be blessed with the best. You can sit in the corner café across the street and drink a glass of wine you can take it home; however you eat it it is the best ever.

This is a wonderful, very small, place that serves beautifully made fresh pasta. They’ve been in business for 30 years, and before that the same space was also a pasta shop for 25 years. It’s haunted by great pasta! :) Pasta Fresca Naldi is strictly take out, although the ladies that run it are friends with the little snack bar across the street and happily direct you to sit over there, order a drink, and eat their wonderful pasta. They will even bring the pasta out to you when it’s ready, and you just go pay when you are done. Fantastic pasta at very reasonable(cheap!) prices. I’m already missing it.

The place is so small that I thought I was at the wrong place. but wow… I had the best pasta here in this tiny store. The tortellini in beef and chicken broth is to die for, it was so good that not only we finished it all there, we packed a box to go for our train ride 2 hour later. This is mostly a to-go place that can seat 8 people(very uncomfortably) max. It seems to be a local favourite that a lot of regulars were there getting their usuals. The lady who appears to be the one running the store is super friendly and helpful. She handed us the English menu when we were scratching our head over the Italian on the blackboard, and gave us some free samples before we left. If I can choose one place to go back to in Bologna it’d be Naldi’s.

Best lasagna!!! The lasagna with Bolognese sauce is amazing and the tortellini is awesome as well. The place is small but very homy feeling.
