Ausweislich meines Tickets vom 12.08.2013 (als Foto eingestellt) hat mich neben vielen anderen Fahrgästen der Fahrer mit dem Shuttle Bus wunderbar vom Terminal 1 des Airports Malpensa (MXP) nach HBf Milano Central befördert.
Trotz der spürbar merklichen Routine war der Fahrer (jedenfalls bei dieser Fuhre) nach meinem subjektiven Empfinden freundlich und nett zu den Fahrgästen. Folglich habe ich und meine mich begleitenden Bella Ragazza, wir uns sehr wohl und sicher gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist für Flughafen und Bahnbenutzer eine zuverlässige, gute Angelegenheit.
Übrigens, unser Gepäck wurde auch umsichtig und ordentlich im Gepäckraum verstaut.
Zurück und zukünftig werden wir bestimmt dieses Angebot erneut wählen.
