This has to be the best restaurant in this little deserted town. We randomly came across this town on the maps and so glad we did otherwise would not have been able to experience this meal! This is as authentic and«home cooked» as you will get. I highly recommend visiting this quaint little town and particularly this spot.

Great little find tucked away in the center of the block. No street noise — pedestrian zone only. Service was friendly and quick. Food was good and very well-priced. The preponderance of Italian-speakers surrounding me assured me I was in no tourist-trap. Note that the outdoor seating has a bit of a challenge: the piazzetta on which it sits has a very aggressive crown(the curvature used to make rain and other liquids run from the center of a roadway to the gutters), so every table is going to be on a bit of an angle. Could be uncomfortable for some, and would make serving a martini filled to the rim impossible(as would other factors — I don’t think they do mixed drinks here). Also, the worst street-violinist I have ever heard came by busking. I think he only knew 4 notes. I felt almost as sorry for him as I did for us having to listen to it.
