This is one of my favorite beaches in Alghero. It is a bit rockier than Lazzeretto and has a bit of a hike down to reach the beach, but well worth the it once you get to the water. It is full of wonderful sea life!
There is a bar, so you can either pack your own food or just buy it at the bar. The sandwiches, burgers, hotdogs etc are around € 4 – 4.50 and you can buy Algida icecream as well.
There is a great hike up to the tower, but the road is very rocky, so you may want to bring a pair of shoes as flip-​flops can be dangerous getting stuck in the crevices.
I find that this area is less crowded than most of the beaches in the area, people avoid having to make the trek down, which is nice… you almost always find a spot!
