We also offer a land registry mapping and property inspection report services to people buying and selling properties. We are registered with SEAI to prepare domestic Building Energy Ratings for new and existing dwellings aswell as offering services in relation to PSDP, disability access certificates and fire certificate applications.

Established in 2009.

Brian Cashman MRIAI founded the business in 2009. Prior to establishing the practice Brian worked in the UK and Ireland for a number of Award Winning International Architectural Practices.
