As one of two places in town (O’Donnell’s being the other) that will show American Football (if you ask nicely and if there are no rugby, Gaelic football, Or EPL games on), we stopped in to try our luck.
It has plenty of tables for dine-​in as well as a large bar area.
We ordered the fish goujons, seafood chowder, Haujie wrap, Chicken Caesar salad, Chicken Curry.
Chowder had large chunks of seafood, mostly salmon, was light and full of flavor. The curry was a bit thick and sweet, with large chunks of chicken; overall not bad. Wrap, goujons and salad were good. Their chips are excellent.
They have steaks and we’ve heard excellent lamb dishes, so will have to try next time. Definitely suggest stopping in.
