History
Established in 1998.
Owl Pest Control was founded in 1998 by two postgraduate students in UCD, with the view to provide an innovative approach to pest control. Passionate in pest issues they developed a service which considers three approaches: meeting the client/auditor expectations, reduce unnecessary killing/suffering of pests, and minimise impact on the environment.

Mr J. Christophe Izart is a founder member and treasurer of the Irish Pest Control Association, which introduced the first professional Pest Control courses and diploma in Ireland. Also an active Board Member of the Irish Pest Control Skillnet Project which introduced a Pest Control diploma at Cork University.
