After taking some time to read reviews posed by Emily I thought it prudent to share some of my experiences.
We first used Brendan in January 2014 to refit our stairs, hall, landing and lay wooden flooring. It was a significant project and had we been burnt badly by a previous contractor but I have to say Brendan was excellent. He never asked for any deposit until the materials had been delivered and the work commenced. Everything was well documented right throughout the project.
He talked us through the detail of the work making suggestion around lighting (LED on the sides of the steps, under stair storage) etc, these extra touches really took it to a new level and 12 months on the transformation looks just the same.
He is meticulous and will revisit his work to make sure the fitting and finish is just right.
We were so happy with the work that Brendan done we got him back to complete the master bedroom earlier this year, installed flooring, skirting, wardrobes and also a new side gate.
Brendan will undertook almost any work so don’t let the name of the site fool you, he is not just limited to stairs.
