I’m at it again! Reviewing a church, making myself look like a holy Joe!
I like this church, I will admit that I have only ever been in here for funerals so I don’t have very happy memories of the church but I do know that it has a lovely cavernous interior that makes even the worst singer sound amazing, I can remember at one particular funeral a man stood up and played a shiny trumpet, I can still remember it now and the sound that came out of it was magnificent, and it was all down to the acoustics in here (I’m sure he was a skilled musician too!). one of the most impressive things about this church is the big domes that are in the ceiling of this building and from the main one a big crucifix hangs down, much more striking than it being fixed to a wall!
