I absolutely adore this restaurant. I think it is the best of the three La Bucca restaurants in Meath. It has a very large seating area and is good for groups. It is very family friendly so if you go early be prepared to have children around. If you’re not into that I’d say book a table later in the evening. They also have a specials board with different specials every week which is a nice touch. Usually they are made to a very high standard. I went here with friends on a Sunday night and it was so nice! Very busy even though it was a Sunday evening. I would definitely recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment. For starters we got the chicken wings to share which never disappoint. They are so full of flavour and spicy. very delicious! My friends got the deep friend brie from the specials menu which was delicious, I was a tad jealous. We also got the BBQ ribs which looked amazing. For a main course I got the spinach and ricotta tortellone, which is served in a creamy white wine sauce with shallots and asparagus, topped with parmesan. I could eat this dish every day for the rest of my life and be happy. My friends got the tiger prawn thermidor, the chicken carbonara and the char grilled chicken. No one was disappointed and there wasn’t a bite left on any plate when we were finished! We also got chips on the side which are always amazing. For the main course I would advise going for a pasta or a pizza, I have never heard of anyone being disappointed with any of these dishes. With the pasta they also offer a starter sized portion if you are trying to be good or if you are saving yourself for the desserts which are also amazing! :) For dessert I got the strawberry pavlova sundae. Just to die for. My friends got the bananarama, the sticky toffee pudding and tiramisu. Of course after this there was not a bite left again. La bucca also offer take away if you can’t get a table but they don’t deliver so it’s collection only. The waiting staff here are always so helpful and friendly. Its just a lovely atmosphere there. My advice? Go and get one of everything! :)

This is an excellent Resturant serving good food in a nice atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and always have some crayons and a colouring books for the kids. Lovely place to eat for a couple or the family. Keep an eye on the specials board as there can be some really nice off menu options there from time to time.
