Happy Feet Early Learning Centre is a preschool offering the free preschool year (ECCE). Happy Feet is located in the village of Rathcoole, Co. Dublin.

In September of 2014, Happy Feet will extend its services to include full and part time crèche care, before and after school programme, and an afternoon playschool.

History

Established in 2010.

Happy Feet was founded by Kelly O’Hickey. Kelly has a Masters Degree in Early Education from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, Since opening in 2010, Happy Feet has successfully educated over 200 young children in the village of Rathcoole.
