The service in this place is absolutely disagraceful. You have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food just to find the order is wrong and then you have to wait a further 29 minutes for them to get it right. Staff only speak to you to take your order, even though you are the only customer there, They do not tell you were to find napkins and knifes and forks etcccc and when you ask they grunt and point you to the direction. Do not get me wrong this has not always been the way but in the last couple of weeks it has just become avoidable. I normally go every Thursday with my family of 5 but will be looking for some where more acceptable in the future.
