When I came in, they collected the wipers, and noticed I ordered the wrong ones, so got the correct ones. While one assistant was fitting them, another helped me with paying for it. Yes, helping me, indeed: She noticed the order would have been cheaper when not ordered online; so she cancelled the order, and processed it afresh. Saving me more than 10 euros. That’s what I call service!
