I ordered windscreen wipers for my car through their online service, and went there to collect them, and get assistance with fitting them, something they offer as well, which is very practical!
When I came in, they collected the wipers, and noticed I ordered the wrong ones, so got the correct ones. While one assistant was fitting them, another helped me with paying for it. Yes, helping me, indeed:
She noticed the order would have been cheaper when not ordered online; so she cancelled the order, and processed it afresh. Saving me more than 10 euros. That’s what I call service!
