Funky and cool… two words I wouldn’t have thought would ever apply to a butchers shop but Johns Meat company is definitely a very funky and cool place to buy meats, really, I felt I should be going in wearing sunglasses and possibly a sharp suit of some sort. If there had been a big guy named Dave at the door with a clip board telling me my name wasn’t down I couldn’t come in I wouldn’t have been a bit surprised.
Leaving aside the grooviness, Johns is a great butchers selling aged beef and a small amount of fresh veg. recommended.
