Mower-​Power is owned by the Dreaper family who are independent retailer of garden & forest machinery.

The company was established by Victor Dreaper in 1977 to carry out the business of retail hardware and garden machinery. Today, brothers, Brian and Gordon with the continued guidance and input of their retired father run the company. Our Father’s and his company’s policy was always to offer premium service and products knowledge to our customers at competitive prices.

That was the thinking then, as it is now and hence the reason for the company’s survival over 30 years.

We provide a full after sales service; spares & repairs to all our products and most other manufactures’ through our service network.

History

Established in 1977.

Originally founded as one of the country’s first «self-​service» hardware shops in the 1970s. The company evolved into the importation & wholesale of garden machinery before returning to it’s retail roots as a specilist supplier of goods to residential & professional, garden, forest & construction users.

Since first falling in love with an Inca Orange 2002 BMW at the age of 5, I’ve had a love for machines. Having served my time & worked my way up through a family hardware business I also discovered that I enjoyed finding solutions to customer problems. I saw that there was no professionalism in the outdoor machinery industry & wanted to lead the industry as my father had done in his. Ourdoor equipment allowed me to combine my people skills along with (some of) my octane habit, cars do the rest.
