Meet the Business Owner
Robert, Fiona B.
Business Owner
Bobby Byrnes Bar was first established in 1963 by Bobby & Helen Byrne, «Bobby’s» quickly gained a reputation as a great local, neighbourhood pub. It quickly became a pub with a great interest in sport and a great supporter of all local teams, in particular a rugby pub. «Bobby’s» in those days, was always known for serving a great bowl of soup and freshly made sandwiches.
In 2003 «Bobby’s» changed hands and was taken over by the second generation of the Byrne Family, Robert (son of Bobby & Helen) and his wife Fiona and daughter Emily took over the business. Under Robert & Fiona’s ownership «Bobby’s» went through a major development and complete refurbishment.
Throughout this development «Bobby’s» has successfully managed to be true to itself and maintain its traditional and cosy atmosphere.
