Myself and a few friends cycled around the lakes of Killarney last Sunday(20−3−16) and I rented a bike from O’Sullivan’s. The bike was ideal for the trip which took in the Gap of Dunloe and part of the Kerry Way trail and I had no problems with it. The guys in the shop were both helpful and friendly and I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Our day biking in Killarney was easily the best day of our recent trip to Ireland. Please don’t do the disservice of missing out on this. O’Sullivan’s is located right behind the Killarney Plaza Hotel, in a commercial strip. We had set out to bike the Gap of Dunloe, and this was our first stop. The bikes were pretty standard Trek hybrids, but were very suitable for the day ahead. Everyone we experienced at O’Sullivan’s was very friendly and helpful with helping us route and gave us a few laughs when we returned. Real good people. Tip: If you plan to bike to Ross Castle to get to the gap via the boats(and you absolutely should!), make sure you have Euros on hand to pay the ferrymen.

We rented our bikes from O’Sullivan’s to go biking through Killarney National Park and were very impressed by their customer service. They were very patient with us as we did not know very much about the area and were nervous about hopping on bikes through the small town. Their rates were very reasonable and more competitive than some of the other places we checked out :)

Nothing much to blah about. Decent shop. Would go there again. Prices were suitable for regular folks :-) Nice bike selection.
