Cozy guesthouse perfectly located in centre of Killarney. Clean rooms, grand breakfast and friendly service, the lady who checked us in was lovely! If you’re stopping in Killarney for a short stay it’s worth considering.

We loved this hotel. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms compared to others we stayed in in Europe. It is centrally located in Killarney and you can walk everywhere. We had a corner room so did not have an issue with noise as other have mentioned, but then again, we have 2 kids so maybe we were the noise! :) We would definitely go back. Breakfast was delicious and they definitely display the classic Irish hospitality!

Alright I traveled here for a family vacation. The staff at the front is attentive and nice. The man in the food area is named les and is a beast!!! Meaning excellent. He wears a tux everyday and is very attentive. He also has a way about him in a proper way that shows he cares. His right hand girl also is sweet and was pregnant but still working hard too. The rooms all boast hard wood floors are were nice. They are quaint and have room just a tad bigger than normal European rooms would have. We did have a issue with the water in our tub not draining properly but they took care of it by the time we got back. All in all it would have gotten 5 stars if it wasn’t for the also the noise level between the walls is strong. It will feel like someone is almost in your room at some points because of how thin they are.

Small town boutique hotel. Very nice atmosphere, clean rooms, great breakfast. Les the gentleman who runs the breakfast service is attentive and friendly. My only complaint is that at 6:30 in the morning either the room next to mine or above mine that person was getting ready, as they have the right to do, but it sounded as if they were in our bathroom. Walls are very thin and it’s bad for sleeping. We are a party of 10 and everyone said the the same thing. We would recommend staying here and would return. The town just around the corner is quaint with local shops. Revision 8 hours later come back from a day out and shower… water will not drain from the tub… ankle deep water which is not draining at all. Still.4 stars though.

Stayed at Copper Kettle and had breakfast here (sister establishments)…small dining room and a little bit of a wait but once we got in, service was great. The food was ok, typical Irish breakfast.

I loved my stay here! This was one of the top three places I stayed during my three week visit to Ireland. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room I had had a beautiful view of Killarney and I was able to open the window and let in fresh air and could hear the nearby church bells in the morning. There is no parking at the hotel, however there is a parking lot just up the street. The lady at the front desk helpfully told me that after 6pm there is no fee for parking there, so as long as you’re out site seeing parking is essentially free. The location of this hotel is perfect too, within easy walking distance to some delicious restaurants (The Smokehouse was excellent — highly recommend) as well as pubs with great evening live music. I would stay here again.

Very lovely hotel with a most friendly Anne Marie at the front desk who was eager to help in every way. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The rooms were quite lovely and the beds very comfortable. Internet access was slow, but that was the case in a number of hotels we stayed at in Ireland. Breakfast was delicious, though the dining room is fairly small. Conveniently located in the center of Killarney. We would return again gladly.

Clean spacious room at a reasonable price. The beds were comfortable, baths large, lobby well appointed, staff attentive and breakfast tasty. I’d return again.

Amazingly personal service, superb location and quiet, comfortable rooms. What a find!
