Péarla na Mara Café-​Restaurant was born from the love of high quality food and proudly endorses the principles of ‘slow food’ movement. We invite you to visit our friendly and relaxed venue in the heart of Oranmore, where you can choose from an attractive and affordable menu that caters to a wide variety of tastes.

Péarla na Mara is proud to offer Irish-​inspired cuisine with a Mediterranean touch in our restaurant in Oranmore. We blend this heritage with the freshness and authenticity of the finest ingredients, locally sourced in the West and delivered daily to our restaurant, to create a unique quality and pleasurable experience for our customers. To preserve the purest taste, everything is cooked to order. The restaurant also endeavours to cater for many special dietary requirements (in particular gluten-​free diet).

History

Established in 2011.

Since they met, Justyna and Kamel have shared the same passion for good, wholesome food that nourishes the body and comforts the soul. Both well travelled and inquisitive, they love sharing their own culinary traditions and heritage, discovering old recipes and experimenting with new ingredients, blending various cuisines and refining flavours. Their shared interest finally led them to take the opportunity of a lifetime in 2011 and open Péarla na Mara, a place that would embody their own vision of an eatery. A cosy and unintimidating place with long opening hours where anyone can find shelter in a whirlpool of a day. A family-​friendly space where children are as welcome as parents and where they can also eat well. Soothing music, subtle, non-​intrusive décor, low-​key but efficient and friendly service and above all — the food, fresh, reasonably priced, wholesome, uncomplicated, but mouth-​watering and very tasty.

From this exciting and original match, Péarla na Mara was born.
