Hier ist Vorsicht geboten, gebucht und bezahlte Fahrten finden nicht unbedingt statt. Ein Absage 30 Minuten vor Beginn musste ich erleben. Der Fahrpreis wurde allerdings sofort erstattet. Pech ist nur, wenn es dann keine Alternative mehr gibt. Ein Stern ist schon zu viel

My husband and took Lally’s tour of the Burren and Cliffs of Moher and felt utterly ripped off. For their 20 euro tour ($ 50 for 2) you basically get the same bus ride to the Cliffs of Moher that you could get for 6 euros. The descriptions on the website for the tour state that we stop at Dunguire castle, we did not. The bus driver drove right past stating that the tour guide was anxious to give a hiking tour. We get to the hiking spot and the bus driver wants 6 euros for the hike. It felt like extortion, no where on the website did it say that the hike cost extra money. We also weren’t able to sit out the hike. Our only opportunity was to pay for the «optional» cave tour or the hiking tour. Personally I felt ripped off, if I payed $ 20 for a tour, why was I asked to pay an additional $ 8, 5 minutes after the tour started. The hike was actually the only cool part of Lally’s whole tour and I actually learned a lot about Ireland and saw some neat vistas, but why was it another unannounced required fee? The website that I booked from made no mention of having to pay more. The whole rest of Lally’s «tour» was a bus ride, besides going to the cliffs of moher where we couldn’t see a thing due to fog, the «tour guide”/ bus driver didn’t stop, point out a thing or give any information. I do not recommend this tour at all and would like my money back.
