Appalling customer service. Have waited over four months to have Baumatic cooker hood repaired. Only Baumatic service agents in Ireland, so I don’t have the option to go elsewhere. And they know that. I will never buy Baumatic again, if it means dealing with Elekto Spares. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Please note — this system demands that I give at least one star, I am not giving it by choice, they don’t even deserve that.
