Burke’s Pub is known locally for its hearty food and friendly staff; I actually spent an entire day there while planning a project with business partners. The Irish beers are excellent draught, of course, and the food is reasonably priced and well made. The most memorable thing is the atmosphere — I felt good staying at the place that is spacey enough to accomodate larger crowds without leaving you with a desire to go outside to get some fresh air.
If you’re in the area, a decent place to eat, and a great place to have that early afternoon pint.
