History

Established in 2001.

Pavilion Theatre opened its doors to the public in 2000, and each year successfully entertains thousands of people from County Dublin, County Wicklow and from all over Ireland and the World.

The Theatre is the focal point in the modern Pavilion complex, choc full of restaurants, shops, bars and leisure facilities. Adjacent to the boats around our many yacht clubs, Pavilion Theatre is central to the busy hubbub that is Dun Laoghaire Harbour. Funded by Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and the Arts Council, Pavilion Theatre is a magnificent facility presenting a hugely exciting and diverse programme of events.

International theatre, dance and music, as well as the best of local and national professional and amateur companies, our vibrant programme also includes puppetry, multimedia, clowning and comedy. With Dun Laoghaire Dart Station across the road, car park and bus stops downstairs.
