I have been to Zara many times and I almost always buy something there. The clothes choice is amazing, you can basically get anything you want, from really cool t-shirts, jeans and jackets to formal dresses. The staff are professional and helpful. I’m so in love with my new jacket from Zara. Last week I did some serious high-street shopping ! It feels so good to find the perfect pieces at reasonable prices! :)

Seriously staff! I love the clothes and value or Zara so much especially the baby section, but the lack of staff and their attentiveness is here is awful. I need a different size kids coat and had to search the store to find someone. And on top of that the place looked as if a zombie apocalypse had just happened! Everything pulled apart everywhere on the floors it was awful! Il always be back for my lil ones clothes but maybe not this store.

The worst staff. I have never ever experience that. Was so terrible. I love Zara so much. But I would rather go to the dundrum or Stephen green shopping.

I spent hours here trying on so many clothes. Wide variety of choice of clothes, formal, casual, and kids…

A classic clothing store with reasonable prices. I do love a classic style, it is always worth the money, I can not help feeling that it is a bit boring store. I love colors and it is not a store famous for its colorful clothing but I have bought several items with Zara because they are classic colors and cuts. What I do not like about this particular Zara store is that you do not really know if you are in Debenhams or Zara as they are just one big store all together. The service is great. When ever I have been in there they have been more than helpful. They come by the dressing room(not too often) but just to talk through the door if I need anything, any other sizes or if I am alright. And when I then ask for different sizes, they do straight away and come back a few minutes later with different options and colors. When even I needed to have something put aside they do not hesitate.

As a man, I find Zara is great for shirts, suits and jackets. Well made, chic and affordable. If you’re stuck for something to wear on a night out, or even for a wedding, this place just might save your ass. However, its casual section is another matter. Hovering somewhere between preppy Mediterranean student and gay Peter Mark’s hair stylist, its collection is definitely aimed at that sharp, thin, coiffured market who aren’t afraid to wear plunging V-neck tops, a pair of jeans so skinny they might inhibit sperm production and shoes pointy enough to stab someone. Also black, lots of black. Its cutting edge trendiness may not be to everyone’s tastes(certainly not mine), but it’s quite inexpensive and the staff are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Don’t be put off if your first visit doesn’t reveal anything you like, as trends change and you will find the odd visit might surprise you.

Since the(long overdue) demise of the metrosexual man, there is a fine line between fashionable and flamboyantly gay. Unless you reside on the faaaaabulous side of that line, you’ll need to be careful shopping in Zara. But the discerning eye can still find some gems. Hats, jackets, and some shirts tend to be pretty solid and(considering the quality) reasonably priced. For an enormous international chain they do an amazing job of staying on the leading edge of fashion. Better than a chump like me would do alone. This store also boasts some great service. Ask for anything and they’ll go to the end of the Earth for you.

I am such a major fan of Zara, its bordering on the ridiculous… How many times do I try and convince myself that Im just having a look… when I know for a fact that once I’ve walked in, I gotta have something bought on the way out… Love the European style — muted colours and chic tailoring(except for trouser length… apparently their target market are all over 5“8…) They also have a more wallet-friendly section — TRF — which has more casual, but quirky shoes & clothes as well…

Zara is a store I fell in love with when living in Madrid during college. I think the fashion is trendy and professional but with basics that will last for years if you are picky. I still kick myself for not buying those cream-colored driving mocs when I had the chance… for years I looked for a copycat pair but nothing could come close. I agree with Alexandra M. that this Zara location is disorganised. That said, it is leagues better than the H&M across the way – where the racks are so close together you cant walk around the store without feeling like a hippo. At least Zara is spacious and shoppers can walk around and see all the clothing without bumping into one another. I like how they have displays high on the wall so you can see the selection in the back room from the front door. This store carries well-made clothing and has a wide range including a special line(is it TRF?) that looks rustic and yet put-together. Minus one star because I noticed the other Zara on King Street and lots of great accessories like a feathered collar and lace socks that were nowhere to be found at this location.

Zara’s fashion remains popular with women with refined taste. The shop makes ideal clothing for the office and for going out. It sells a lot of suit jackets, blouses and party dresses in classic colours. The clothes are not that expensive and fall into the mid-range category. The one serious drawback of shopping here is the disorganisation. The shop looks like Penneys, meaning it is messy. In the afternoons, it can be hard to find nicely folded items and clothes are often thrown on the floor. Sometimes, it’s impossible to find your size. The men’s section on the upper floor has a much better presentation. It doesn’t get as much traffic so male customers have the pleasure of shopping in a clean and peaceful environment. Zara does great ties and men accessories.
