I offer holistic treatments in Reflexology including Maternity Reflexology (conception, pregnancy, post-​natal), Fertility Reflexology, Craniosacral Reflexology (CSR), Ayurvedic Foot Massage, Reiki, and Intuitive Healing. I am also a qualified Dietary Counsellor.

My main areas of interest include working with and supporting women throughout their natural cycles, through pregnancy and menopause, supporting clients with chronic health problems, and personal development.

I see each client as central to their own healing process and s/​he is encouraged to be an active participant in their own health and healing. Treatment packages are provided to best support each client’s needs and include a course of treatments, dietary & lifestyle review, clinical aromatherapy and home care advice.

I also make a range of natural personal care products including Organic (SLS free) Soaps, Herbal Bath Salts, Aromatherapy Bath & Body Blends, Wedding/​Baby Shower/​Birthday Favours and gift sets. All my products are handmade using herbs, essential oils and natural ingredients. Gift sets are available for all occasions and can be made specific to your requirements.

I offer clinic appointments in Dublin at Botanic Health, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 and at River Holistic Centre, Raheny, Dublin 5.

Our bodies hold an innate capacity to heal and when we honour and support our bodily processes we can achieve optimum health throughout our life cycle.

I hold a B. A (Hons) in Psychology and I integrate this into my work to facilitate a return to that place of «wholeness» for each individual client.

I trained in Reiki in 2001 and qualified from Walmer college, Dublin in 2002 with ITEC diplomas in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, and Diet & Nutrition. I have also trained in Reflexology in Pregnancy and Childbirth (MRTP I), Fertility Reflexology (Sarah Holland Fertility Network), and Reflexology in Cancer Care.

I hold certificates in Ayurvedic Kansa Vatki foot massage, and Craniosacral Therapy I and II. I am a qualified Dietary Counsellor from the Institute of Health Sciences.

I am a registered member of the Irish Reflexologists’ Institute Limited (IRIL), which entitles members of VHI, Hibernian Aviva and Laya Healthcare a refund on their insurance.
