Thomas Cook is a great place to go and snap up some brochures to give you some ideas and inspiration as to places to go on holiday but they really do promote boring, standard, run of the mill hotels, resorts and packages.
Their is nothing refreshing or new or adventurous about their holidays, or the company. Much better off going somewhere like Trailfinders!

There’s no mistaking that Thomas Cook is an English company. It’s might be the number one travel agent in the UK. but it stills has to win over Ireland.
I’ve been here a few times to either get a quote on a flight, to purchase tickets or to exchange money. I find that for the most part this agency is more expensive than others. The brochures inside advertise cruises around the Mediterranean and trips to American Disneyland. Their services seem to be geared towards the upper class.
Often Thomas Cook will give you a price for travel in pounds. This bothers me so much. We don’t use pounds in Ireland so the quote means nothing!!! It’s annoying to have to do a mental conversion yourself.
