Michael M.
Business Owner
Michael has been in the butchering trade since his teens, knowing all aspects of the trade from farming right through to cooking.
He’s passionate about his business, his produce and his service.
He’s also known as being quite friendly.
He loves to chat to people who drop in just to look at his dry age fridge and give them the background and the info on the beef and the process of dry ageing.
