Hi I’m Keith Dempsey NMT, I am the founder of the Sports Fit Clinic. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 25 years. I have qualifications in Dietetics, Personal Training, Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Dry Needling and Physical Therapy. I have worked with dancers from the Russian Ballet (Perm and Bolshoi Ballet) I had the privilege of working with the Leinster Rugby team 2012 — 20 123 season, just before the lions tour 2013. I have more recently worked with the world pole dancing champion, and dancers from Nixon the Opera. I have toured with the Academy of Russian Ballet 2011 – 2013. I now run The Sports Fit Clinic at 30 Bride Street Dublin 8. Please don’t hesitate to call or drop in, consultation is free.
