This is located on Lennox st Dublin 8, not Donnybrook. An excellent place for brunch. I had the crab salad which was excellent, a bit pricey at € 14 but i dont mind paying for good quality food, which this was. Others in my company had scrambled eggs, chicken quesadillas and crème brûlée to finish. All i samples was delicious and all plates well presented. The scones look top notch which i must sample om next visit. Recommended.

Had a great brunch here! I had the hash with eggs and ham and the boyfriend had the huevos rancheros, both delighted with high quality, delicious food and fabulous service. The orange juice also was clearly freshly squeezed and was to die for! Will definitely return for the French toast or pancakes!

Nice food at a good price! We stopped by here on our way back from the gym and snagged a table outside. I decided to go with the avocado on granary and J ordered the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. J’s dish was decent but the salmon was a little bland so I doubt he would repeat. My dish in the other hand was really tasty! Simple ingredients but they seasoned it well and the portion was perfect. Even with our two coffees this was a cheap meal and despite the crowd we were in and out in under an hour. Will return!

I’ve just eaten again in this restaurant. The food is reasonable, however, this is the second time that a girl with the black hair(was up), not sure where she was from but took me a while to understand her had major attitude. Seriously, she is nasty and very impolite. Any question I had over my check or food was met with eyes rolling, sharp responses and the card charger thrown at me. She doesn’t do the restaurant any justice at all. I will most definitely NOT be back.

Parking in Donnybrook is a bitch… and that’s being nice about it! However, there are many really good reasons why you would put the time and effort into finding a spot to rest your wheels — noteworthy among them is the Greenery. We piled in, all 16 of us for an office lunch last week, the place was busy with a good atmosphere and despite the fact that nearly all the tables were full, our meals came out quickly and correct for all. It’s nice when that happens, you aren’t worrying about clock-watching and only having so much time before you have to be back in the office. I had the burger as the pulled pork had sold out(gutting); the burger, as with all the mains dishes, was HUGE. I’m a big guy, I like food, I will always clear my plate(because otherwise mommy would be mad… who me? issues… not at all). I struggled here, I only just finished the mountainous meal served with the slightly too greasy fries… but finish I did… because I’m a good little boy. Overall it was tasty, not so much so that I’ll rant and rave and promise to be back next week… but good enough and I certainly won’t object to going back! Oh, I got to try a couple of the wings as well — they were VERY good!

Great food — decent portion sizes, good coffee, very pleasant service. I would strongly recommend for lunch or brunch.

This has to be, without a shadow of a doubt, the best brunch spot in Dublin. That brunch menu literally has something for everyone –from porridge, to eggs, to french toast and even chicken wings, you’re absolutely spoiled for choice! All the dishes at our table were cooked beautifully, and the portions challenged even the heftiest of hefty appetites. Had I not been so satisfied with my own hearty porridge, I could have found myself experiencing severe food-jealousy from the meals that were being brought out around me; literally every single dish looked sensational. So sensational in fact, that I was fairly close to marching into that kitchen myself and giving the chef a fist-and-chest-pump-combo to show the extent of my food appreciation. The also do great juices and smoothies. Reason for not giving it the full 5****? A little pricey.

I went here for the first time on Saturday for a spot of brunch. The young waiter that greeted us was friendly and welcomed us with a pleasant smile. He seated us down the back of the restaurant. There was a door beside us which the staff were going in and out of. This door was left open but there was another door inside that which was slamming shut each time someone went through it, it was quite loud. It slammed shut around 4 times in the space of a minute so we moved to another table. The waiter came over and took our orders. I got the eggs benedict and a cappuccino. Both tasted well and I was stuffed after it. The bread was maybe cut a little thick. My girlfriend ordered a fruit juice which never came but she liked her food also. I was close to giving this place 4 stars but the slamming door and the fruit juice were annoying, can you give half stars? Staff were very friendly though. I will go back and give it another try soon.

I’ve been here a few times as it is quite nice and there’s little choice in the donnybrook area. Don’t expect good service — it’s seriously slow! Aside from that, the staff are pleasant and it’s buzzing most days. Chicken burger — not amazing and butter spread on the burger bun!!! Is this normal? I don’t think so! Probably ruined it for me. The prawn linguine is tasty and the chicken salad always looks great.

Best eggs Benedict in Dublin or what??? I’ve tried so many eggs Benedict in different restaurants that have high reviews especially for their brunch menu… nothing can beat this café I found in donnybrook. They actually use real slow braised ham instead of those which use a piece of ham that tastes like nothing. They also have a delicious brunch menu. Defo the go-to place if you are always looking for a better restaurant for brunch in dublin.

Well hot damn I’ve found my new go-to spot for hungover/girlie lunches. The top pick for me is the warm pesto, chicken salad which I substituted the tomatoes with peppers(something they should add perhaps?) but their brunch menu is also delicious. When I went last I was suffering heavily from a night out on the town, and as such all I wanted was a fresh fruit smoothie. They were very accommodating and made two for us especially. Again, was this due to the glimmer in my eye? Perhaps not, probably because they were testing them out and wanted to see what we thought. A bit too«milky» for my liking, but good. Not for my liking was € 5 price tag for testers. Definitely a spot where you are bound to bump into someone you know, a good sign. Joe the owner told me they were also expanding into juice detoxes. They got a nutritionist in to specifically design a detox plan which enhances your metabolism and fills you with nutrients. Definitely going to try that out, I’ll keep you posted. Fun, young staff with an epic menu– solid 4⁄5.

One of my ALLTIMEFAVOURITE meals is the Greenery’s avocado and pesto chicken salad! And what’s great us they serve it both at lunch and brunch :) ! This place is always buzzing for weekend brunch! It’s a pity you can’t prebook!

Went for dinner here and ordered from the early bird menu which is good value for money. Had a burger and skinny fries for my main and strawberry shortbread for dessert. I preferred the chocolate cake to my choice of dessert and the crème brûlée was also delicious! Had the Eton mess before which is my fav. Busy place with good food

I stumbled upon this place one Saturday morning while waiting for my car in the nearby Fast Fit place. As it was early in the morning I went for the eggs florentine and wasn’t disappointed. It was delicious! The coffee was good too. When leaving I ordered a chai latte to go and I have to admit it was the worst chai latte I’ve ever had so I wouldn’t recommend that one ;) The rest is great. The place was hopping when I was leaving which I usually look at as a great thing! Definitely worth a go again I’d say!
