Established in 2009.

Niall Harbison and Lauren Fisher started Simply Zesty in the Summer of 2009. Simply Zesty started off with just Niall & Lauren but soon took on Sarah Kavanagh as lead designer. Since March 2010 Simply Zesty has grown with 6 new additions to the company including 2 Account Managers, Niall Fagan & Rob Cumiskey, 2 Account Executives, Tom Fox & Ciaran Tracey. Keeping it all together is the office manager Sarah Rowlands who joined the team in May 2010. In July Simply Zesty went about branching into the UK marketing with Declan Birch heading the office in London.

Niall co-​founded Simply Zesty one of the first dedicated social media agencies who run strategy for brands like Vodafone, Nokia and Universal Pictures. After only a year the company has a presence in two countries, employs 12 people and recently raised 500,000 in funding valuing the company at over 1.25 Million Euros. Practicing what he preaches Niall also has an interactive cookery show online that uses social media to engage over 11,000 weekly viewers with users engaging with the show through Flickr, Facebook and Twitter to create a new type of cookery show for a new generation. Niall has also produced over 1000 online videos, a top 30 iPhone app and regularly contributes in general media on the topic of social media. In a previous career as a chef Niall has appeared on the Dragons’ Den in the UK and cooked Bill Gate’s 50^th birthday dinner.
