History
Established in 2010.
Though indulgent and mouth-wateringly delicious, Rustic Stone’s menu is based around healthy, life-affirming food, good for the body and good for the soul. McGrath, a Michelin starred chef (at previous venture Mint) and Masterchef presenter but also the man behind the concept and in the kitchen, minimizes the use of sugar and cream, bans the fake and flavourless and produces a menu 90% gluten free, 90% wheat free and 70% dairy free — quite an achievement even before you taste the delectable results of his efforts. The level of detail on the Rustic Stone menu provides everything you need to make an informed dining decision and without busting the bank either. When the food’s this good the dining room shouldn’t matter, but if it does please rest assured that Rustic Stone is gorgeous; glam, sophisticated and sleek, with natural materials used throughout for a sensual experience in keeping with the menu.
