‘Dublin’s Music Trail’ is how the information booklet markets it. ‘Take time to rock ‘n’ stroll around Dublin’ it suggests.
The Tourist people in charge of this sort of stuff have stuck plastic vinal-​esque information discs to sides of buildings all over Dublin to point out to visitors the rich musical history of Dublin.
The problem is it is more of a marketing ploy to get you into the businesses it promotes and it is impossible to follow or make a trail out of, but none the less interesting to read.
