Nice pub in this area of town. Handy for Bus Aras if you have time to spare. Bright and clean décor. Friendly staff and good food. Great Guinness.

There are few places in Dublin where you are treated with such honest respect, welcomed with open arms and missed when you are not there. Robert Reads is a proper Irish pub, keeping with the times, moving with the clientele and yet keeping the traditional Irish pub with out it smelling like the 70’s! If you are waiting on the bus or just want a nice environment to have a quiet pint, this is the place. One of my favourite pubs… ever!

Great service! We had the Caesar salad, spicy chicken quesidilla and apple pie. All outstanding! Didn’t take pictures because we devoured the food as soon as it hit our table. Stayed at the Beresford so this was locationally desirable and glad we gave it a go. Would happily do so again!

Very friendly and efficient bar staff, great pints in a lovely atmosphere. Food menu was lacking but what we ordered was delicious and have it on good authority that the carvery is plentiful! Bathrooms were clean. Very impressed on my first visit and will be coming back again.
