I wouldn’t call this authentic chinese food by any means, but if you like deep fried stuff, this is your place. Greasy and delicious.

OK like seriously. This is a Chinese take away in inner city Dublin. Don’t go ordering fancy things like black bean and duck in plum sauce. ORDERFILTHYDIRRTYCHINESEIRISHFOOD. AKA spicebags [box], curry sauce, chicken balls etc. etc. Spicebag [which came in a box] was incredible. One of the best I have ever had. Curry sauce is top notch. Fried rice was grand. The staff in here are sound. I had great chats with them when I was waiting on my food. I realised I had no cash. They didn’t take card and then suggested I ordered on Just Eat. [I was too drunk to figure this solution out myself.] I will most certainly be ordering from here again. A spicebag extravaganza really.

Pretty standard Chinese takeaway in ye old Dublin. I can’t comment too much on the food as my order was a disgracefully typical one, solely encompassing the tried and tested 3-in-1, and some prawn crackers. Look, it was a heavy night ok. As far as the 3-in-1 went, it was as satisfying as they always will be. Perhaps a little sparse on the curry sauce, but we won’t argue over it! The lady behind the til was lovely and friendly, and the place looked pretty clean and tidy. Overall, grand stuff! When I try out the ‘real’ Chinese food, I shall give this an aul update!

I agree with the previous review, and sadly, the food doesn’t live up to its potential.

There’s always a few hungry patrons waiting in Ri-Ris any night of the week; but as good as this takeaway might be to them, I’m not biting. I remain unimpressed with the Dublin Chinese Takeaway offering in general, and find Ri-Ri to be no exception to the hard, fast rule of «Never again». The prices are great if your palette isn’t picky; for less than the price of a movie ticket you can take home two mains, a starter and two cans of soda… but what about taste? If you’re in the mood for fast but good, head a little closer to the City Centre. If starvation is impending and you find yourself crawling along Parkgate street, try Ri-Ri’s.
