We are a Modern Thai Eatery serving delicious Thai food in a comfortable environment. We offer a wide range of Thai food including our famous Duck dishes such as Crispy Duck with Tamarind and Three Flavour Duck. We offer a wide variety of cocktails with daily specials. Our House Cocktail is Red Torch Cooler– a delicious concoction made with White Rum, Spicy Mango Syrup, Apple Juice, Lime Juice and Sugar syrup served with some floating berries in a large wine goblet.
We offer two Lunch options– the Express Lunch is € 9.95 and includes any noodle or rice dish with an iced tea, homemade lemonade or mineral water. Our Set Lunch is € 14.95 and includes a starter, any main course and a drink as mentioned before. We also have a great Early Bird deal which is € 21.95 and comprises two courses with tea/coffee.
We have a separate dining area on the lower level which comfortably seats up to 40 people and is ideal for celebrations including birthdays, Christmas parties and any private gathering. We cater for large groups and our venue is available for private hire. Please call us and speak to a manager today!
History
Established in 2013.
We established Red Torch Ginger in early 2013. We felt there was a gap in the market in Dublin for modern Thai food served in a friendly relaxing ambiance. We offer a delicious selection of cocktails and craft beers. We have various great offers weekly including our popular Wine Sale and our Early Bird and Lunch deals. Our Wine Sale runs every Sunday to Tuesday and lets you pick any bottle of Red, White or Rose wine for Half the regular list price. Our Set Lunch is only € 14,95 and includes any starter, any main course and a choice of a drink including homemade lemonade, iced tea or mineral water. Our Early Bird offer includes a starter, main course and tea or coffee for € 22,95 and runs every evening from 4.00−6.45.
We have two dining rooms, the main on the ground floor and the lower Bangkok room which seats up to 42. This is an ideal space for anyone looking to dine centrally in Dublin and have a private area for their group.

Business Owner
Gary has worked in the restaurant business for many years including stints in Berlin and London. He managed Fitzers, Belgo and Siam Thai before going into business in Red Torch Ginger with Damon Crowe. They both have a passion for great food and friendly service.
